Originally constructed in 1948 as a two-story building, it lacked available structural as-built drawings. Consequently, partial demolition was necessary to ascertain the existing structural framing during the design phase. The historical significance of the building’s façade was preserved, needing the design of a steel framing system to support it.

The City of Miami commissioned Eastern Engineering Group to conduct structural building recertification inspections and develop comprehensive structural repair plans for the Olympia Theatre. This commercial structure spans 88,180 square feet across four floors and was originally built in 1925.

Fienberg-Fisher K-8, one of Miami-Dade County’s oldest schools located in Miami Beach, holds historical significance as recognized by the DCPS Board and Dade Heritage Trust (1984). Built in the 1920s by Carl Fisher, the school underwent renovations to preserve its historical architecture. Spanning eight acres, the property boasts beautiful Spanish-style architecture
